Delicious Mango Lassi

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (or water for a lighter version)
- 1-2 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Blend the Ingredients:
- In a blender, add mango, yogurt, milk, honey (or sugar), and cardamom powder.
- Blend until smooth.
2. Adjust Consistency:
- Add ice cubes or more milk if you prefer a colder or thinner consistency.
3. Serve:
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
- Garnish with a pinch of cardamom powder or mint leaves (optional).
