Ingredients:

Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, mustard oil, and kasuri methi.
- Add the chicken cubes and mix well to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best flavor).
