  1. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin oval shape.
  2. Cut it in half to form two semi-circles.
  3. Take one semi-circle and form a cone shape, sealing the edge with water.

  5. Seal the top by applying water on the edges and pressing firmly.

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat.
  2. Fry the samosas in batches until golden brown and crispy.
